Return & Refund Policy on Products
The products we sell consist of Solar Panels / Inverters / and other solar related products which comes with their generic warranty.
Warranty For Various Items:
Solar PV Module: 25 Years Output warranty
Manufacturer (Jyotitech Solar LPP) provides a total of 25 years limited and conditional power output starting from the date of purchase (i.e., Sale Date” – We warrants that the Module(s) sold hereunder referred to as “Term of Warranty” with respect to power output starting from the date of Purchase hereinafter referred to as “Warranty Start Date. We warrant that the Modules sold by us could generate power output of 1. About 90% of the rated power stated in the Invoice issued to First Purchaser for a period of 10 years; 2. About 80% of the rated power stated in the Invoice issued to First Purchaser for the remaining Term of Warranty.
Inverters: Depends on the type of inverter On-Grid / Off-grid / Hybrid Inverter and also on the manufacturer- The generic warranty ranges from 5 years – 8 years
BOS Kit: BOS kit contains Lightning Arrestor / Earthing rod / MC4 connectors which come with no / nil generic warranty.
Solar Lights: The warranty on Light is 2 years / 2 years on battery / 25 years Output warranty on Panel
Solar Tall Tubular Battery: Warranty ranges from 3 years to 5 Years which is mentioned on the product box/packaging/warranty manual
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
In addition to any other exclusion, limitations or conditions outlined in this LIMITED WARRANTY, the following exclusions and limitations apply to this LIMITED WARRANTY: a) All warranty claims must be received within the applicable warranty period for this warranty to be effective. b) This LIMITED WARRANTY does not apply to any product which, in Immortex Marketing private Limited sole judgement, has been subjected to: Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident; Improper transportation, storage or handling; Alteration, improper installation or application; Non-observance of our installation and maintenance instructions; Repair or modifications by someone other than our approved service technician; Installation in direct contact with salty water, that is in offshore (e.g. platforms) and marine (e.g. piers, boats) applications, or contamination by exceptional exposition to salty water or other chemicals; Installation in marine environments (that is, in locations where the distance from the sea is below 500m) in case of the requirements imposed in the applicable installation manual of the Module(s) are not fulfilled; Power failure surges, lighting, Potential Induced Degradation, Installation Failure, flood, fire, natural disaster, accidental Breakage, Heavy Snow loads, vandalism or other events outside our control. Normal wear and tear c) This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover any costs associated with installation, removal or re-installation of any Module and customs clearance or any other costs for the return of any Module the Customer (and/or their Forwarding Company) is responsible to inspect and accept the products delivered by Immortex marketing private limited. Any claim related and/or linked to damages on the packaging, such as impacts on the pallets, will only be accepted by us during the delivery. In other situations, damages should be claimed to the Forwarding Company or Insurance Company. e) Warranty claims will not be honoured if the type or a serial number of any Module has been altered, removed or made illegible.
Refund and Return:
In case the products have manufacturing defects/output is not up to desired levels, customers/dealers/ distributors can reach out to Immortals – A Unit of Immortex Marketing Private Limited. The customer/dealer/ distributor can contact the customer care/dealer support/distributor support via companies’ helpline number: +91-766-948-8105 or can reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org during Standard Business Hours and Days. Claims will be verified by the company within 36hour of the report and the refund/return department will escalate the issue and resolve it with priority.
In case of refund the process for RTO (Return To Origin) will be initiated and once the product(s) are received the refund will be initiated in customers/dealers/distributors registered bank account.
Customer / Dealer / Distributor will 30 have calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of refund the process for RTO (Return to Origin) will be initiated and once the product(s) are received the refund will be initiated in customers/dealers/distributors registered bank account.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate as mentioned above. Your refund depends on the Public Holiday / Bank Holiday / Festive Holidays / Saturdays and Sundays, the process will take place within 7-10 Business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds In Case of Dealer Registration / Distributor Registration:
Registration is a process that is done willingly by the dealer/distributor to initiate/start his/her own business, the charges are inclusive of GST, and which is a one-time charge and is NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
In the worst possible case, if Immortex Marketing Private Limited is liable to pay/refund the registration charges, the company hold total responsibility to charge a Fine of Rs. 500 per transaction + GST + Transaction Charges paid while receiving the amount through Payment gateway + the transaction charges paid by the company in the refund process + the charges of the visiting cards and ID cards issued in the name of the registered dealer.
