When a Dealer / Distributor signs to become a member of the supply chain of IMMORTEX MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, He is liable to pay a sign-up amount and his details like Name, Phone Number, Alternate Phone Number, Address, Pincode, Present location will be taken by us in order to know our dealers/distributors profile.
We may also ask our dealer/distributor to upload his/her Pan Card/ Adhar Card at any point of dealer registration for KYC purposes.

We also receive personal data of our Dealers from the ADSs with whom the concerned Dealers have an existing relationship (such as when Dealers have signed up from the ADS).

If you are registering as a Dealer directly with Immortals, we may/will collect the following personal data from you:
- Contact information (eg., name, postal or e-mail address and phone number);
- Login Information incl. Username, Password; and
- Payment information (eg., bank account or credit card numbers);
- Product preferences, purchasing habits, purchasing history and spending behaviour; and
- Communication preferences.
In addition, when you communicate with us through various communications channels, we collect your contact details, such as your name, email address, address, telephone number and/or fax number. You may also voluntarily provide other data that is related to you in connection with your inquiries or comments. We encourage you, however, to provide no more personal data relating to you than is necessary in order for us to provide an appropriate response to your inquiries or comments.

- Direct Sellersistributors/ dealers / internal employees, to allow communication regarding the service you’re taking from Immortals;
- Processors who provide us with Infrastructure- or Platform- or Software-as-a-Service solutions, software development services, information system maintenance services, record management services or marketing services; and
